Smith & Nephew Seeks New Trial In Kinetic IP Suit

Law360, New York (April 08, 2010, 4:58 PM ET) -- Smith & Nephew PLC is seeking a new trial now that a jury has found that the company’s negative pressure wound therapy devices infringe two patents held by Kinetic Concepts Inc. and directed the defendant to pay more than $1 million.
