Senate Panel Probes $60M In Missing Medicare Claims

Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 12:45 PM ET) -- Senior members of the Senate Finance Committee are demanding answers from New York-based Fox Insurance Co. regarding the whereabouts of more than $60 million in Medicare Part D claim payments it received for its enrollees before federal regulators yanked Fox's Medicare drug contract in March.
