Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 12:04 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson revealed Tuesday that it has received a federal grand jury subpoena seeking information about the widespread recalls of its popular over-the-counter medications.
J&J Vice President of Investor Relations Louise Mehrotra disclosed the receipt of the subpoena from the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during a conference call to discuss second-quarter earnings.
