Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 3:48 PM ET) -- Pharmacy services company Medco Health Solutions Inc. on Monday announced that it would buy drug and medical device marketing and development company United BioSource Corp. for about $730 million in cash.
Under the terms of the deal, UBC will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Medco that will be run separately from Medco's core business to ensure compliance with current contract requirements, the companies said in a statement.
