Feds Defend 10-Year Sentence For InterMune Exec

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 2:10 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors are standing by their argument that an executive of drugmaker InterMune Inc. should go to prison for 10 years for fraudulently marketing one of the company's products for a deadly lung disease it was not approved to treat.
