Ex-InterMune CEO Says Withheld Docs Clear His Name

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 6:31 PM ET) -- A former InterMune Inc. CEO convicted of fraudulently marketing one of his company’s drugs for a deadly lung disease is fighting for a new trial, saying the U.S. government unlawfully delayed releasing documents that could have cleared his name.
