Ex-GSK Atty Wants Obstruction Charge Nixed

Law360, New York (February 07, 2011, 8:41 PM ET) -- A former GlaxoSmithKline PLC attorney has asked a federal judge to dismiss an obstruction of justice charge relating to a federal probe of whether the drugmaker illegally marketed its antidepressant Wellbutrin SR for weight-loss purposes.

Lauren Stevens, a former vice president and associate general counsel at GSK, filed a motion to dismiss the charge against her in U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland Friday, contending that it was unconstitutionally vague.
