Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 4:57 PM ET) -- Wireless medical device manufacturer CardioNet Inc. has tapped a Nipro Diagnostics Inc. executive and former Greenberg Traurig LLP attorney to serve as its general counsel and senior vice president of corporate development.
Peter Ferola will leave his role as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Nipro, a diabetes management products developer formerly known as Home Diagnostics Inc., to join the Conshohocken, Pa.-based maker of cardiac monitoring devices, CardioNet announced Thursday.
