Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 2:42 PM ET) -- A mergers and acquisitions partner with expertise in information technology is leaving Cooley LLP to join Morrison & Foerster LLP's Palo Alto, Calif., office, marking the latest addition to its growing M&A practice, the firm said Thursday.
David Lipkin will join the Palo Alto office after 12 years of practicing M&A law in Silicon Valley, where he counseled private and public companies in mostly the technology and life sciences industries in more than 150 corporate transactions, according to Morrison & Foerster.
