Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Pennsylvania appellate court has overturned a verdict and thrown out a $3 million damages award against Wyeth in a case involving controversial hormone replacement therapy Prempro.
On Thursday, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas tossed out the jury's February decision in a suit brought by breast cancer patient Jennie Nelson and her husband, granting Wyeth's post-trial motion for relief.
