Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Ferring BV on Thursday accused two former researchers of stealing proprietary information about the company's urology drug Minirin in applying for patents that the men later sold to Allergan Inc. in a $43 million deal.
The Dutch drugmaker's complaint, filed in New York federal court, claims former employees Seymour H. Fein and Ronald V. Nardi stole private information gleaned from Ferring during their tenure there before continuing their research and development of three patents used in desmopressin-based intranasal drugs, which are used to combat urination disorders....
