Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 8:23 PM ET) -- The former vice president of medical device company Orthofix International NV on Monday pled guilty in Massachusetts federal court to paying a surgeon tens of thousands of dollars in kickbacks to prescribe the company’s bone-growth stimulators.
