Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 6:20 PM ET) -- A New York state judge ruled Thursday that Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. could try to recover roughly $10.6 million more from its insurers at Lloyd's of London for the hijacking of a truckload of its brand-name drugs en route to a Canadian affiliate.
