Haemonetics To Pay $551M For Pall's Blood Business

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- Health care company Haemonetics Corp. said in a Thursday filing that it will pay $551 million for Pall Corp.'s blood filtration and processing line in an effort to take a bigger bite out of the billion-dollar blood collection market.
