Genzyme Irons Out FCA Suits Over Surgery Product Marketing

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 7:40 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday tossed two whistleblower False Claims Act suits brought by former Genzyme Corp. employees and a doctor accusing the company of improperly marketing its Seprafilm adhesion barrier, after the federal government said the parties had reached a proposed settlement.
