FDA Bone Drug Study Offers New Pathway For Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 10:44 PM ET) -- A U.S. Food and Drug Administration analysis published Wednesday suggesting that the benefits of Merck & Co. Inc.'s Fosamax and other osteoporosis drugs may disappear over time will give plaintiffs suing the drugmakers over the products' purported side effects even more ammunition, attorneys say.
