Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 6:50 PM ET) -- Forty-one attorneys general Friday threw their weight behind legislation that would effectively overturn a U.S. Supreme Court ruling shielding manufacturers of generic drugs from lawsuits over harm caused by inadequate warning labels.
