Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 7:02 PM ET) -- The Congressional Budget Office said Friday that a Senate bill to reauthorize the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s user fee programs would reduce direct government spending by $358 million from 2013 to 2022 and could lower drug costs.
