FDA Supplement Guidance Likely To Remain Onerous, Attys Say

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 9:40 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's decision to revise draft guidance that would increase the burden on dietary supplement makers to prove a product's safety may seem like a win for the industry, but the agency likely won't drop many of the elements that companies describe as the most burdensome, attorneys say.
