House GOP Targets AARP’s Role In Health Care Reform Law

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 1:19 PM ET) -- Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives demanded Monday that the AARP explain its role in the development and passage of the health care reform law, piggybacking on earlier accusations that the organization stands to reap a financial windfall connected to the law’s passage.
