J&J Can't Shake False Ad Suit Over Bedtime Bath Products

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss all of a class action against Johnson & Johnson over the effectiveness of the company’s Bedtime Bath products, allowing a plaintiff to move forward with claims that labels on the products could be construed as false and misleading.
