Roche To Pay $18M Damages In Accutane Suit

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 9:50 PM ET) -- A New Jersey state jury on Friday handed down an $18 million verdict in favor of two users of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc.’s Accutane who allegedly developed colitis and related inflammatory bowel disorders after using the acne drug in the 1990s.
