Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 2:37 PM ET) -- Health-focused private equity firm RoundTable Healthcare Partners LP has unloaded Aspen Surgical Products Holding Inc. in a $400 million sale to an Indiana medical technology company, more than quadrupling its initial 2006 investment, RoundTable said Thursday.
The cash deal transferred ownership of Aspen, the maker of disposable operating room tools and instrument care products, to Indiana-based Hill-Rom Holdings Inc., which said the acquisition will add to its product repertoire and give it a broader presence in North American and Europe.
