Law360, Washington (August 16, 2012, 1:35 PM ET) -- GlaxoSmithKline LLC and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. urged a New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday to dismiss a putative class action that accuses them of conspiring to keep a generic epilepsy drug off the market, saying the licensing agreement relating to GSK's patent exclusivity is protected by law from antitrust litigation.
