J&J, Pfizer, Others Beat Pharmacies' Drug Pricing Suit

Law360, Washington (August 16, 2012, 7:46 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed a long-running drug price discrimination suit against Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Inc. and other top drugmakers, saying the more than 700 pharmacy plaintiffs had failed to show they were harmed by the allegedly anti-competitive practices.
