Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 2:03 PM ET) -- DuPont Co. unit Danisco U.S. Inc. has sued rival Novozymes A/S in Iowa federal court, claiming Novozymes is planning to use an enzyme patent issued Tuesday to file an infringement suit over products Danisco invented that are used to produce ethanol.
