Law360, Philadelphia (September 07, 2012, 2:27 PM ET) -- A renowned cancer researcher, accused in August of stealing research belonging to his former employer Thomas Jefferson University, agreed to a temporary injunction Thursday giving the school first dibs on patent applications before he publishes any material connected with his work at the school.
