Salix, Dr. Falk Sue Lupin Over Generic Version Of Apriso

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 8:00 PM ET) -- Drugmakers Salix Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Dr. Falk Pharma GmbH on Friday hit rival Lupin Ltd. and its pharmaceutical unit with a patent suit in Delaware federal court seeking to stop Lupin from marketing a generic version of Salix’s ulcerative colitis drug Apriso.
