FDA To Seek More Power Over Compounders At Hearing

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will make the case to Congress on Wednesday that it should have more authority over compounding pharmacies, but it is likely to be met with skepticism over how well it used its existing oversight of the compounder tied to a recent deadly meningitis outbreak.
