Roche Says NJ Judge Biased In Accutane Mass Tort Litigation

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 5:20 PM ET) -- Pharmaceuticals giant Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. on Tuesday sought to have New Jersey Superior Court Judge Carol Higbee removed from all cases in mass tort litigation over its acne drug Accutane, accusing the judge of bias in a docket she has presided over for nearly a decade.
