Bard Defends Fed. Circ. Ruling In Graft IP Case To High Court

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 3:44 PM ET) -- C.R. Bard Inc. has blasted W.L. Gore & Associates Inc.'s bid for U.S. Supreme Court review in their blood vessel graft patent fight, saying Gore incorrectly argued that the Federal Circuit created a “bright-line” communication requirement for joint inventorship in upholding a Bard win.
