Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 1:20 PM ET) -- A World Trade Organization dispute panel said Tuesday that China breached the world body's rules when it imposed anti-dumping duties on European exports of X-ray security inspection equipment.
The panel largely agreed with the EU's complaint that China didn't base its decision to institute the duties on an objective assessment of the evidence and that it failed to adequately explain its findings to the companies involved.
