Law360, New York (December 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Heating up a long-running patent fight between the two companies, CIBA Vision Corp. has claimed that three more Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. contact lens products infringe its patents.
In a suit filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, CIBA alleges that J&J's Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism, Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia and 1 Day Acuvue True Eye contact lenses infringe five CIBA patents.
