Law360, New York (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Former media baron Conrad Black, who is serving more than six years in prison, has won a bid for the U.S. Supreme Court to consider overturning his fraud conviction for swindling Hollinger International Inc. out of millions of dollars.
The high court on Monday agreed to take up the case and will hear oral arguments next fall.
