Law360, New York (June 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has approved more than $120 million worth of settlements related to the 2003 fire that swept through a nightclub in Rhode Island, killing 100 people.
In orders Thursday, Judge Ronald R. Lagueux of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island accepted deals between more than 15 defendants and the survivors of the fire and family members of the victims.
