Law360, New York (March 12, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Caterpillar Inc. and the Walt Disney Co. have settled a trademark infringement lawsuit related to Disney’s portrayal of Caterpillar equipment in the direct-to-DVD film “George of the Jungle 2.”
Terms of the settlement were not revealed in a brief order approved by U.S. District Judge John Gorman, but Caterpillar and Disney said the agreement was "amicable."
