Ex-National Lampoon CEO Pleads Guilty In Fraud Case

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 7:31 PM ET) -- Former National Lampoon Inc. CEO Daniel Laikin has pled guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud for his role in a scheme to manipulate the media company's stock price in 2008.

Laikin changed his plea to guilty on one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud through a scheme to inflate National Lampoon's stock price in a hearing Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
