Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 6:08 PM ET) -- Exotic dancers at Las Vegas-based Sapphire Gentleman's Club — which bills itself as the world's largest gentleman's club — have filed a putative class action alleging they were misclassified as independent contractors and illegally denied minimum wage and overtime compensation.
In a complaint filed Monday in Nevada's Clark County District Court, lead plaintiff Zuri-Kinshasa Maria Terry claimed that dancers at the club never received either wages or overtime, and that they made all of their money on tips.
