Photographers Can’t Join Google Books Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 6:36 PM ET) -- Leading up to a Nov. 9 deadline for a revised settlement between book authors and publishers and Google Inc., a federal judge on Wednesday rejected the efforts of photography and graphics interests to intervene, saying their entrance would risk torpedoing the long-running negotiations.
