Law360, New York (January 04, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The five-month old lockout of more than 200 production workers at the Toledo Blade has roused the ire of the National Labor Relations Board, which deems the action illegal.
The NLRB said the Toledo Blade did not negotiate with the union workers in good faith before the lockout and therefore were not privileged to lock out the printers, mailers, paper handlers and engravers, who have been temporarily replaced.
