Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 6:48 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court on Monday granted former media magnate Conrad Black's request for bail while it reviews his 2007 fraud conviction following the U.S. Supreme Court's narrowing of the definition of honest services fraud.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit approved Black's motion for bail pending the disposition of his appeal and remanded the case to the district court for the limited purpose of determining the conditions of his release.
