Ex-Lampoon CEO Prison-Bound

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 2:37 PM ET) -- A federal judge has revoked bail for former National Lampoon Inc. CEO Daniel Laikin, who was recently sentenced to 45 months in prison for a multimillion dollar pump-and-dump stock scheme, and ordered him to report to the U.S. Marshals Service in Los Angeles.

Laikin will remain in custody in Los Angeles until the site of his incarceration is determined, according to Judge Joel H. Slomsky's order, docketed Monday in the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
