NY Art Gallery Wins Toss Of Ceramics Monopoly Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 2:23 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday nixed a lawsuit accusing high-end art dealer Marlborough Gallery Inc. of unfairly eliminating competition in order to create a monopoly for the ceramic works of artist Chu Teh-Chun.

U.S. District Judge Barbara S.
