Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 9:38 PM ET) -- A New York magistrate judge on Thursday reportedly ordered Paul Ceglia, who filed suit for a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc., to produce the original contract and emails between himself and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie Foschio said in a discovery hearing Thursday that Ceglia must allow the documents and his computer to undergo forensic testing, according to the Wall Street Journal.
