BSkyB Keeps James Murdoch As Chairman

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 2:11 PM ET) -- British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC said Friday it would retain James Murdoch as its chairman, backing the beleaguered News Corp. executive after a phone-hacking scandal at the New York-based media conglomerate sank the companies' planned merger.
