Ex-Eminem Label Wins Download Damages In Royalty Row

Law360, New York (November 02, 2011, 3:10 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday ruled that royalties stemming from digital downloads of rapper Eminem's two most recent albums will be included in the damages calculation for F.B.T. Productions LLC in its ongoing royalties dispute against his current record label.
