Law360, New York (December 05, 2011, 6:47 PM ET) -- Real estate developer North Valley Enterprises LLC asked a Nevada judge on Friday to keep open Station Casinos Inc.'s bankruptcy case, saying it had not yet resolved an intellectual property licensing dispute with Station Casinos affiliate Aliante Gaming LLC.
The developer asked U.S. District Judge Gregg W. Zive to reject Station Casinos' motion to close its case after a successful reorganization of the company's assets, arguing that not all the transactions specified under the joint plan of reorganization had been completed.
