Law360, New York (October 08, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- Electronic learning company MaxKnowledge Inc. of Santa Ana, Calif. filed a federal lawsuit against Datamark, Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah, seeking damages and legal fees for an alleged breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Tuesday.
MaxKnowledge claims Datamark approached the company about a possible acquisition on June 27 and asked executives to document the company’s operations in detail, according to the complaint. MaxKnowledge was assured the directors of Datamark favored the acquisition.
