Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 9:31 PM ET) -- Conservative filmmaker James O'Keefe III sued Current Media LLC and TV hosts Keith Olbermann and David Shuster in New Jersey court for defamation Monday, saying they made false and damaging statements about him on Current TV's “Countdown with Keith Olbermann.”
