US Loses Appeal Over Bail For Megaupload Boss

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 7:10 PM ET) -- The U.S. government lost an appeal Wednesday challenging a New Zealand court’s decision to free Megaupload.com founder Kim Dotcom on bail as he awaits possible extradition to face copyright infringement and other charges in Virginia federal court.
